The firm has also started taking reservations for the model. The Comet EV is offered in three trim levels: Pace, Play, and Plush. All prices are ex-showroom.

MG Comet EV Gamer Edition: What’s Changed?

Several internal and exterior adornments have been included to set the Gamer Edition apart from the standard Comet EV. The compact electric hatch’s exterior is made of recyclable plastic and decorated with dark chrome, metallic accents, and shiny textures. Additionally, it has ‘Comet’ branding on the top and distinctive wheel covers.

The cabin’s interior has been enhanced with the addition of neon elements. Examples include contrast inlays on the dashboard and door panels and a new carpet mat and personalised seat covers. Gamers might also appreciate the key’s haptic design.

MG Comet EV Gamer Edition: Powertrain

According to MG, the Comet EV’s specifications in the Gamer Edition are unchanged. It uses the same 17.3kWh battery pack, which provides a maximum driving range of 230 kilometres. A max power of 41.42bhp and 110 Nm is produced by the battery pack and an electric motor. MG claims that a 3.3kW charger can charge the battery from 0% to 100% in 7 hours.
