Hyderabad-based EV startup Pure EV has unwrapped its latest offering, the ePluto 7G Max electric scooter, set to hit the streets at an ex-showroom price of ₹114,999. Bookings are already underway nationwide, and deliveries are scheduled to kick off during the upcoming festive season. The ePluto 7G Max boasts a notable 201 km range on a single charge, making it an attractive option for eco-conscious riders.
Under the hood, the electric scooter is powered by a 3.5 kWh lithium-ion battery pack coupled with an electric motor capable of delivering 3.21 bhp peak power. The AIS-156 certified battery pack incorporates a smart battery management system driven by Artificial Intelligence (AI). The scooter offers three distinct riding modes, providing versatility to riders based on their preferences and requirements.
Pure EV has integrated advanced features into the ePluto 7G Max, including hill-start assist, downhill assist, coasting regen, reverse mode, and smart AI for battery longevity. The scooter’s design blends old-school aesthetics with modern elements such as LED lights and a fully digital instrument cluster. It is available in four eye-catching color options: Matte Black, Red, Grey, and White.
The company emphasizes rider convenience with the inclusion of features like reverse mode assist and parking assist. The Auto Push function allows the electric scooter to move at a steady speed of five kilometers per hour without manual effort from the rider. Pure EV aims to tap into the market of riders covering around 100 km per day with this upgraded version of its popular 7G model.
